Product Description
Hot Dipped Galvanized Steel Sheet in Coil (GI) is produced by passing the Full Hard sheet which has undergone the acid washing process and rolling process through the zinc pot, thereby applying zinc film to the surface.
It has excellent corrosion resistance, paintability, and workability due to Zinc’s characteristic. Usually hot dipped galvanized steel sheet and galvanized steel coil process and specifications are basically the same.

galvanized flower morphology.
(2)Normal Galvanized flower plating flash coating:
During the normal coagulation process, the galvanized grain is free to grow into a plating layer having a significant galvanize
flower morphology.
(3)Small clever flower coating minimizes flash coating:
The galvanize layer is in the process of solidification, and the galvanize grain is limited to form a small galvanize plating
layer as much as possible.
(4)No wallless plating flashes:
By adjusting the hydraulic component, there is no plating layer that is uniform with visible galvanize flowers.
